These terms govern access to and use of the public Zerverless website. Separate agreements apply to products, purchases, and services.

1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using https://zerverless.com, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

The website presents information about Zerverless products, templates, open-source projects, and services. Product accounts, consulting, GenAI work, template purchases, partnerships, and other paid relationships use separate written terms. Those separate terms control if they conflict with these website terms for the relevant activity.

2. Permitted use

You may view, link to, and use the public website for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. Any other right must be expressly granted in writing or by an applicable open-source license.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, misuse forms, evade technical controls, or use the website in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

4. Intellectual property

The website, its visual identity, original copy, and non-open-source code are owned by Zerverless or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership transfers to you through use of the website.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or create misleading derivative versions of protected website material except as allowed by law or written permission. Zerverless names, marks, and visual identity may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation.

5. Open source and templates

Open-source repositories are governed by the license included in each repository, not by these terms. Purchased templates are governed by the license and delivery terms presented before purchase. A description on this website does not expand either license.

6. Messages and feedback

You remain responsible for information you submit. Do not send passwords, secret keys, access tokens, regulated data, customer data, or confidential material through a public form unless Zerverless has provided an approved channel and agreed to receive it.

General feedback may be used to improve the website and offerings without restriction, provided Zerverless does not publicly identify you or disclose confidential information in violation of an applicable agreement.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to AWS, GitHub, social networks, documentation, and other third-party services. Zerverless does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Their terms apply when you use them.

8. Changes and availability

Zerverless may change, suspend, or remove website content and features. Product descriptions, status labels, pricing, and availability may change before a separate order is accepted. The website is not a promise that a product or service will remain available.

9. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law. Zerverless disclaims implied warranties that can lawfully be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Website content is general technical and commercial information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, security, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for reviewing your own requirements and AWS environment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zerverless will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from use of or inability to use the public website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Separate commercial agreements define liability for the products or services they cover.

11. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top identifies the latest published revision. Continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply from their effective date, subject to applicable law.
