Zerverless operates the public website at https://zerverless.com and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact hello@zerverless.com with privacy questions or requests.

This policy covers the public marketing website, its contact forms, and messages sent to published Zerverless email addresses. A product account, paid engagement, purchase, partner relationship, or employment process may include a separate notice that takes precedence for that activity.

2. Personal data we process

The data available to Zerverless depends on how you use the website.

• Contact data you provide, such as your name, email address, company, selected topic, and message.
• Technical and security data produced when a request reaches the hosting and content-delivery systems, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser information, referring page, and diagnostic or security events.

• Correspondence and follow-up information when you continue a conversation by email.

3. Where the data comes from

Most personal data comes directly from you when you submit a form or send a message. Technical data is generated by your browser, network, and the services that deliver and protect the website. If another person introduces you or includes you in correspondence, Zerverless may receive your business contact details from that person.

The current public-site infrastructure uses Amazon Web Services for hosting, content delivery, and contact-message delivery.

Data may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a transaction involving the business subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. International processing

The website and its providers may process data in countries other than the one where you live. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, Zerverless will use an approved legal mechanism or another valid basis for the transfer.

7. Retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, including follow-up, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, the status of the conversation, security needs, and applicable law. Browser preferences remain on your device until you clear or replace them.
