Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect the public website, its forms, systems, and visitors from misuse. They supplement the Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This policy applies to use of https://zerverless.com, its public forms, search, content, and published contact channels. Product accounts and other services may include additional acceptable-use requirements in their separate terms.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Break applicable law, infringe another person's rights, or facilitate unlawful activity.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website, its infrastructure, accounts, data, or connected systems.
  • Bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, access controls, robots directives, or other technical restrictions.
  • Disrupt availability or performance through denial-of-service activity, excessive automated requests, destructive input, or resource exhaustion.
  • Upload, transmit, or link to malware, exploit code intended for misuse, phishing, spam, or deceptive content.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or personal data except as permitted by published directives or prior written authorization.
  • Use forms or email channels to submit passwords, credentials, access tokens, customer data, regulated data, or confidential information without an approved channel.
  • Impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent affiliation, or hide the origin of abusive activity.
  • Copy the website, brand, or non-open-source code beyond what law, written permission, or an applicable license allows.

3. Security research

Zerverless welcomes responsible private reports, but does not currently operate a public bug-bounty or standing safe-harbor program. Do not test in a way that accesses customer data, changes resources, affects availability, creates cost, or targets accounts without prior written authorization.

Send a concise report to security@zerverless.com with the affected surface, reproduction steps, likely impact, and potential scope. Do not include live credentials, customer data, or full tokens in the initial message; request a secure channel for sensitive evidence.

4. Enforcement

Zerverless may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including limiting or blocking requests, preserving relevant records, removing submitted material, contacting the responsible party, or referring conduct to a provider or authority when appropriate.

Enforcement decisions may consider intent, impact, repetition, cooperation, and risk to other people or systems. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under law or a separate agreement.

5. Reporting abuse and changes

Report website abuse to hello@zerverless.com. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to security@zerverless.com. Do not use a public issue tracker for sensitive security reports.

This policy may change as the website and its risk surface change. The date at the top identifies the latest published revision.
