Consulting
Consulting is for decisions where the useful answer depends on the reality of your system and your team. We begin by understanding what runs today, the outcome you need, the constraints that matter, and the decision that is currently blocked.
From there, we make the relevant trade-offs explicit and work toward a written outcome: an architecture direction, an implementation sequence, a review, or a plan the team can debate and carry forward. The work is deliberately bounded; your team retains the AWS account, source code, infrastructure, and final decisions.
