Xero private beta is open

Turn requirements into a serverless architecture proposal, migration path, and editable AWS CDK starting point.

Xero is now available in private beta for teams planning serverless workloads on AWS.

The beta focuses on the work before deployment: turning requirements and constraints into an architecture a team can review.

What is included

Describe the workload, expected behavior, data needs, and operational constraints. Xero produces:

  • a proposed AWS serverless architecture;
  • an explanation of each service and the important trade-offs;
  • a migration or implementation sequence;
  • an editable TypeScript and AWS CDK skeleton.

The output is a starting point, not an automatic production decision. Review the architecture and code in the context of your own security, reliability, and delivery requirements.

Access boundary

Architecture generation does not require access to an AWS account. If a deploy workflow is enabled, it uses a separate write role and requires an explicit deployment action.

Generated code and deployed resources remain in the customer’s repository and AWS account.

During the beta

The private beta is intended to improve the quality of the architecture explanation, CDK output, and migration plan across a focused set of serverless patterns. Expect the product surface and supported patterns to change as the feedback becomes part of the product.
