Serverless templates are now free and public

All zerverless templates are now free. The full catalog — serverless APIs, event-driven services, async workflows, AI and retrieval systems, SaaS foundations, and observability baselines — lives in a public repository you can browse, clone, and deploy from today.

Nothing else changes about how the templates work. Each one is still a narrow, production-minded TypeScript and AWS CDK starting point with tests, IAM boundaries, and operating notes. You deploy from your own repository with your own credentials, and the workload runs in your AWS account.
